I have portfolio or residential contracts that need work consistently, and when I attempted to hire this company, the receptionist decided to interrogate me with obnoxious questions about my company. Eventually I asked for her name and her manager, but she refused to provide either.
If this is a representation of the type of treatment they provide to a BUYING CUSTOMER, then I definitely do not want to do service with them.
Receptionist was utterly disrespectful.

Very Disappointing...We had ACME Fence Services replace fence and a gate in December of last year and are very disappointed with quality of the gate. The gate was made from very flimsy fence panel without edge frame supports, the 8 yr old fence was much sturdier. The fence is not lineup with previous location and they did not remove the old post concrete footing. The owner claims that the installation was performed according to the standard specifications and no corrective action taken :(

We just recently had fencing put into our backyard to completely seal it off and make it more private. my hubby contacts acme early in the week and set up an estimate later the same week. we received a written estimate and were told that they would be available to complete the job in the next two weeks.
my hubby calls them back to accept the estimate and set up a time to get the fence up. fortunately, they were available the very next week, right before the 4th of july. we paid half of the cost upfront and the rest after the job was done. the day before the job, flags are marked in our backyard
