This company is fantastic. The professionalism started when I first made the call this morning. The lady I spoke with explained the service fee and was able to get me an appointment this afternoon. She was very understanding and helpful. I received a call informing me that my plumber was on the way. I also received a text with the photo of the plumber I should be expecting. The plumber was very pleasant, informative and offered to answer any questions we might have. Very respectful and courteous people. I will use them again if we have any plumbing issues related to freeze again.

I was impressed with the courtesy of the lady who answered the phone. I was very pleased with Eric, the professional service agent. He explained the details of the process of evaluating, quoting, and timing of repairs. He gave detailed explanations of what was wrong with the plumbing and how he planned to repair it. He then proceeded to repair it and I was very impressed with the quality of his work.

We smelled gas and our alarm was going off in the attic one morning. The only company we called was Benjamin Franklin and they were out immediately. They found the leak, replaced the piping, and went above and beyond by getting our house inspected by the city that very day and we had heat and hot water that night. Keep in mind, this was a holiday weekend and they pulled it off. Kudos to our guys Billy and his helper!

They were on our residential street at Kachina lodge rd in Fort Worth and had the street blocked with one of their vehicles. No reason but to block flow of traffic… we asked nicely if they could move their vehicle and was told that they can do want the want when they want. I called the phone number on their truck and was told they would be called to be asked to move the vehicle… no phone was placed… we asked again for them to move the vehicle and the one employee stated you don’t pay me and i don’t need to move it. We ended up calling the Fort Worth police department and once they heard

My toilet was leaking so I called Benjamin
Franklin. They were out almost immediately and stopped the leak, but they had to replace the old toilet as well. It was out and a new one installed almost immediately. Great job.! My water heater needed to be replaced. Mike and the other person that was with him were very professional and respectful. They were able to replace the water heater in one day. Very respectful of my home. Cleaned up after they were done. Very knowledgeable. They did a great job!!

I have always had good luck using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They are punctual, neat and the price is fair. However, this time they sent Mathew to repair a leak inside the walls and he is EXCELLENT! Wonderful man, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my problem to me. 10/10 would recommend.
