I am not a review writer, however, my experience with Brent Johnson and Black Diamond Rain Gutters was so good I had to write this one! His attitude is one of excellence. He worked in conjunction with the roofing company to give me new gutters, down spouts, leaf protection and heat cable, that added beauty and value to my home. His crew did wonderful work! They were kind and very respectful. These guys know their trade and are excellent craftsmen. I highly recommend them.

The owner himself was one of the guys who came and cleaned out my gutters. He was the one who contacted me to tell me they were on their way to my house also. Professional and awesome! He let me know about a couple problem areas and their fees are affordable. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Brent and his guys were fantastic to work with. We called about a repair issue and Brent answered the phone (shouldn't be shocking, but was - contractors rarely answer, in my experience!) and told us he could be out to look at the job within a few hours. He showed up when he said he would, gave us a reasonable bid, and we were off to the races. On the day of install (they replaced a section of gutter for us), the team did quick, quality work. They cleaned up along the way and explained what they were doing. They even recommended adding another downspout because of the way the roof line ran and

In a time when you can't get depend on a contractor to return a phone call, follow up on a bid and perform the service in a timely manner, it was refreshing to do business with this company. They came highly recommended from my roofer and I'm glad I contacted them. A human answered the phone, they came over to my house within a few days, called me with a bid and completed the job 24 hours after I approved the bid. Brent returned all my phone calls, the job was done neatly and professionally, the price was very reasonable, and the result is fantastic. Very pleased.
