We are leaving this review because of the great experience we had with Tiffany at JEM Designs. We researched a lot of options and also received quite a few quotes to redesign and remodel our dysfunctional (galley'ish) kitchen, however, Tiffany was the ONLY one who came to our home. She not only provided us with the redesign/remodel and the function we were looking for, she also walked us through the entire process and is still helping us to finish it out. When starting to plan our kitchen renovation, we made an appt with JEM Designs based on their great online reviews. By chance, our appt was with Tiffany and man did we hit the jackpot! Having never done a reno before, Tiffany walked us through the whole process from connecting us to both a great architect and General Contractor, to showing up to our house last minute when we had questions about which cabinet trim pieces went where. Tiffany eased the stress numerous times when making design decisions and the end product is so much better than anything I could have put together myself! Thank you

Recently had my kitchen remodeled. Alexis was open, honest, knowledgeable and efficient from the star of the project to finish. I would recommend JEM design first, for any project. There design team from Dark Star Granite and Marble, Schlabach cabinets to the installation team they work with are all top notch. I recently had my master bath semi-remodeled with the removal of a 1990’s large soaker tub and replaced with a lovely white custom cabinet for storage and replaced vanity to match. At Jem, Infound the cabinets and price that worked, and with Alexis’ help with design, I am so pleased with the way it turned out. Jem is top of my list for future updates I might have!

From our first meeting to our last interaction we could not ask for a better experience.Alexis was extremely informative and helpful with every detail including kitchen design and ordering of our cabinets.
