Saturday store hours are listed as 9am-1pm. We arrived at their showroom at 11:45am this morning and the doors were locked.
We noticed an individual getting into their vehicle at the back of the parking lot as we arrived (the last employee leaving?)
Store hours on the door stated - Open till 1:00pm on Saturdays.
Kaiser's own website states - Open till 1:00pm on Saturdays.
Store hours on Yelp and Google state the same.
Why did your employee's decided to lock-up the showroom and leave early?

I went to countless tile stores over the past week to find the perfect cement tile for a kitchen. I came across kaiser tile on yelp and so I stopped in. Initially when I walked in there's no one to greet you or point you in the right direction, I walked in 10 minutes before closing and he associate came out of the back room and had a snobby attitude as if I shouldn't have been there cause they were getting ready to close. I looked around and found a tile I really liked and wanted to get a sample of it. But there was no one around so I walked into the back office and asked if I could take

No granite or travertine. Just a great selection of tile with a modern direction.
We used them for our master bedroom/bath floor remodel. The only problem was I wanted to use every tile I saw which made it very hard to narrow down! But I think we ended up with the perfect choice.

It's the same things offered everywhere else so nothing exciting there, but I appreciate the layout making finding what you're looking for simple.

Small showroom floor but staff is helpful and talkative. Their hours are better than most.

We purchased some very cool tile for our boys bathroom and for our kitchen. First of all the tile selection is awesome and very different from your everyday tile place. They have a wonderful showroom. I had one of the gals that worked there help me with my tile selection for over a few hours, she was extremely helpful and patient. We also went to pick out our travertine and the owner was there to help us he was such a nice guy! I highly recommend this family business.

This tile store has an amazing selection on unique tile.

While searching all over the valley for a decorative tile piece for underneath the chandelier, we happened upon this place. The showroom was incredible. Beautiful and unique tile lay on display. Then there was a back room with even more creative flooring and counter solutions. They owner happened to be working when we came in and he noticed our enthusiasm toward his awesome showroom. He took us to the workshop and showed us these gorgeous glass counter tops, in my opinion, so much more beautiful than granite or marble. To sweeten the

Ordered tile from Kaiser Tile and did not get what we ordered, they took our money and we were left with nothing, horrible company to order from, stay far away the owner yelled at us and kicked us out of his building.
