They delivered ON TIME and with top quality. The team of long time employees speaks volumes. I represented buyers when purchasing a new home as well as a re-sale home that Catonsville Homes had built 8 years prior. Do not buy a home from them. Their finish work is terrible, and overall I'm very disappointed with the craftsmanship.
After they 'finish' your neighborhood they will continue to try to challenge you legally. They are only interested in enforcing their convenance when they find it appropriate to do so and in their financial best interests. They will attempt to defeat the HOA at all costs to put up poor low cost housing in nice neighborhoods. Stay clear. You've been warned.
