Company is a complete joke. New owner is a joke, tries to screw his very own employees. Doesn't appreciate his employees and their hard work. Tries to be "sneaky", takes short cuts at jobsites and charges regular prices for materials. (Puts smaller material sizes than what specs requires but charges spec prices) Selfish and greedy company that wants all the money just to themselves.
