Simpson wasn't the cheapest offer, but I wanted to use a local company vs the big box stores. They were very fast on the install and used wood boards, not the prefabricated panels. The did a great job, everything looked good and I think the fence will last many years to come due to the quality of the wood.

Most professional company I have ever worked with. We received many quotes for our Cedar 6' privacy fence. We chose Simpson because the quote was very easy to read and the staff gave us a very comfortable gutt feeling. We could not have chosen better. Simpson came when they said they would, were so easy to work with, installed a top notch professional fence and did exactly what we asked them to do. The follow up was outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with Mike Nolan. He ended up giving multiple bids for one job due to changes required by the permit and our desire to make last minute changes. His crew came in, worked hard, and completed our fence very quickly. We are very happy with the work and with the company. Can't recommend highly enough.

Looks great.... functions mediocre at best!
Fence was installed less than 3 months ago and the gate will not stay closed!! We installed the fence because we have 4 dogs some of which are foster dogs so it is important we have a fence. Gate blew open a week after it was installed. I have called at least 10 times in order to get the problem resolved however still no resolution. I have spoken to various people at Simpson fence including one guy who statead he was the owner. They have said they have came out to "adjust the gate" however no documentation was left at my house and I was never called

I have used them in the past for several small fencing jobs at my home.Each job was done well.The only issue I have is their follow through when first calling for service as it seems that I have to call back many times to find out when I can expect the job to be done.I will continue to use them in the future as needed.

Called them once, no call back.
I went in and spoke with them about getting a quote...no call back.
A few months later, I went back in and spoke with them about a quote, and they came to my house to look at my current fence....no call back.
This is not a company with any integrity or good sense of customer service. I've never seen anything like this from a small business in my life.

Paid a $2500.00 deposit over 7 weeks ago. They said that it would be 3 weeks before they could start. 3 weeks went by, no show from Simpsons. After discussing with them as to when they could get to it, they said 2 weeks and they would start. 2 weeks go by, again nothing from them so I call again. I was assured they would be there the following Monday, even after I informed them it would be snowing on Monday. I stopped by Simpson Fence Co on Monday June 3rd to request a quote for 84' feet of fencing and 2 estate gates with gate operators on my semi-circular driveway. I have called back to Simpson Fence no less than 3 times and it is obvious that nobody wants our business... Very puzzling considering this is probably a $15k-$18k job in a down economy. The apathetic attitude of the staff was mind boggling. Try as I might, I was unable to motivate anyone at Simpson Fence to sell me
