I locked myself out of my apartment. I found a stranger kind enough to let me use their phone. I was so stressed I forgot to give my address so I called back. I waited 2 hours & nothing so I called the emergency line. The guy called back very upset saying he came & waited 10 minutes. There's 2 doors to my apartment, I stood watching both. He called me a liar, reminded me I had originally forgot my address, then told me they would charge more if they came out again. Unfortunately I didn't see a locksmith, I asked my neighbors & they didn't either. He just made a bad day worse. I'm hoping whoever

Sven was communicative and very responsive with arrival time and any questions I had to get my kawasaki out on the road again. He showed up and wasted no time to getting to work on the bike immediately after showing him the issue. Afterward he was very informative about the issue and the cause to which my gas cap was stuck and found that it's the nature of kawasaki's and got to see all the corrosion, he explained thoroughly and professionally and immediately gave me info I needed to go forward. Thank you Sven!

Excellent service from beginning to end with SKH Locksmiths & Security LLC. I requested a quote on the company's website and received a phone call virtually immediately. Sven was professional and provided me with an immediate quote to change the lock on our store's front door. I scheduled an appointment for Sven to come and complete the work. His "workshop on wheels" was quite impressive! He can do all of the work in his commercial van. He suggested a different type of lock for our front door and gave me excellent advice. I took his advice and in no time at all he changed my lock and made 12 keys

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received to get a new BMW key fob. I originally messaged SKH on google which they responded to very quickly then ended up scheduling an appointment by phone. They were accommodating and the entire job was done within a half hour and I had a fully functional brand new key. I’d recommend these guys to anyone in the area for automotive key service. Thanks!

I can't tell you anything about quality of work or if they wear a mask. I spoke with Sven Jr on the phone and was given a quote and was told he'd call back later that day to discuss when he could do the job. He never called back. I left him a message the next day and I've never been called back. Very unreliable.

Sven's son did an excellent job taking care of an after-hours lockout situation. He explained things as he was going along, addressed additional underlying door/lock issues, and was extremely friendly and professional.
