This property has been a problem with water issues for nearly 10 years. Nick immediately knew what to do to resolve the issues. I filled the form to request a contact and someone called me back pretty quickly. The person on the phone seemed very agitated telling me how busy he was. So I asked him if he was interested in my business and his answer was "yes, if you are willing to pay the price"; and the most interesting is that he told me that even before I told him what the work was. Then I described the work very briefly and the person on the phone said "it will cost you at least 10k, do you want to pay that kind of money to get the work done well!". I obviously hung up. Nick and his crew are by far the best swimming pool demolition and removal contractors on long island. Nick charged for the estimate but it was well worth it. Nick and his crew exceeded our expectations. The job came out perfect, we had an old faulty Inground swimming pool. Nick and his crew completely removed the entire dilapidated pool and filled it in with clean dirt. If you need any excavation, swimming pool demolition, land grading and leveling, drainage solutions in your yard these guys are by far the best they took care of the whole permit process. Lake Norman recently completed a grading and drainage job for my half-acre property and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Nick and his team were top notch. We were looking to have trees removed, stumps removed, an old beat up patio removed and some drainage work (French drains) and they took care of everything including fence removal, sprinkler repair and additions , topsoil and seeding.

I called Nick from Long Island Excavating and Drainage on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend and explained my problem. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and showed up the next morning. I live in Rocky Point, Long Island. There was water in my basement due to poor drainage in the window wells. He came in with his helper, Mario, and hand dug to find the old piping which was cracked and loaded with roots and dirt. He then carefully dug up my lawn with his backhoe , replaced the piping, back filled and graded. I would highly recommend Nick, to anyone needing excavation work or drainage

He came to my home in Massapequa, Nassau county, Long Island, NY was on time and prompt for our appointment and gave me a great price for all the work I needed.
He leveled and graded my whole backyard installed a French drain system, repaired the sprinkler system, brought in clean top soil and seeded the entire back and side of the property also connected the drains from the house to the French drain
I would highly recommend his company for any work you need large

Nick from Lake Norman was timely and efficient. We needed 2 giant stumps removed and excavated from our Commack home. One was about 5’ deep and the other about 5’ around. He was able to remove and dispose of them with out an issue. He also excavated and removed our old grass and grated our lawn with clean fill. He answered all our questions and completed this task in one day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to redo their yard.

I had recently had a lot of bushes and trees taken down in my backyard. I was very unhappy with the company I had used. They left stumps and all the roots leaving my yard looking horrible. I began looking for a new company to come in and clean up their mess, level my grounds, soil and seed. I had contacted Lake Norman Excavating and Nick had shown up for my estimate the same day! He came in and was honest and fair with his pricing. They started the job exactly when they said they would. I ended up having them clear out my entire backyard as well as add a complete sprinkler system. I was so happy
