These guys do good honest work. We have used them twice now. This last time we had a pipe leak I knew exactly who to call. Needing a 911 home repair is stressful enough but these guys take away the added stress by being honest and good people. Jake and his team are amazing!

Great customer service! Danielle returns calls quickly and was a great help getting me scheduled since the other plumbing company had to cancel due to staff shortages for illnesses (completely understandable).
I was on the schedule in less than 24 hours. Jake was awesome and repaired my 3 items and was done before I had to start work. I will be using PlumbER moving forward for my home and will refer them to friends, family and clients.

I have use Plumb ER LLC on several occasions. They are super responsive. They arrive within the window they set and call when they are aproximately 30 minutes away. Allways polite and efficient. I can't imagine using another company..

I was lucky enough to have Plumb ER dispatched to me through my home owner's policy and am so grateful to have connected with them as a trustworthy plumber in the Dallas area. They spent two days diagnosing a big plumbing issue on my 1924 house with the original cast iron pipes and a 9 hour day repairing. You could barely tell they had been waist deep in driveway, their team did such a great job cleaning up. On top of that, Jake and his team came back to follow up twice on a toilet part that was acting up after all the work was complete. Can't recommend them highly enough for plumbing
