We needed an extra set of keys and a smart key programmed for our granddaughter’s car before she headed back to university. We were so pleased to find this shop because we just wanted to drive to their location and get the job done as soon as possible. While they certainly will come to you, they also offer service at their location on a walk-in (no appointment necessary) basis. Their location is very convenient and they got the keys made and programmed in only 20 minutes at a very reasonable rate.

Had an awesome experience!! I needed two vehicle keys laser cut and two fobs programmed. I had purchased the key blanks and fobs online, which was no problem. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and saved a bunch of money. Kevin was very professional and efficient. He even gave me the key code number for future cuts, and programmed the key chips, which I was going to do myself. He has a nice shop in a very convenient location. I'll be back if I need lock services. Thank you Kevin!!

Prestige did a great job cutting and programming keys for my 2018 Toyota for about one quarter the cost Voss Toyota would charge. They also have an impressive selection of house locks and door security upgrades.

Professional, highly competent, excellent customer service. Prestige Lock cut a new key for my IS300; I provided the key blank. They were the only shop that sounded professional over the phone and would actually listen to my situation. My car key is made with removable electronics that are easily swapped between key blanks/shells. Since my key shell broke,but electronics still good, I did not need my key to be reprogrammed. When explaining this To other locksmiths they assumed I didn't know what I was talking about and insisted on reprogramming my key (or at least charging me for it). When

Hired Prestige to change the locks upon my move into a new home. Their service was very professional and reasonable priced. Hours are somewhat odd as he needs to be in the field part of the day, so just check the schedule. On-time, neat, and took care with my property. I will hire again and recommend to friends. In my experience, Prestige Lock & Key is the place to go if you want no nonsense professional installation that you can count on to be done right.

I bought a used Infiniti that came with only one key...of course with a chip. I stopped by and he had one made for me quickly and for much less than a dealership. Friendly service and great price. Highly recommended. Make sure to check the shop hours because they vary.

Barry responded with same-day service to replace locks at a residence. From his card, he is a member of the professional society of locksmiths, is bonded and insured, and includes the BBB logo. He provides locksmith services for home, commercial, automobiles, and in emergencies. He was professional, polite, and efficient. The services were as he had explained them earlier on the phone, and the charges were what I expected. I paid for parts, labor, and the service call itself ($70 at the time of this review). Professional, courteous, prompt service. I was stuck at home due to a problem with my car lock. He arrived earlier than promised. The rate of $100 was quite reasonable considering he had to make 2 trips to my house and it took 1-2 hours of his time. Hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I do I know who I'll call.
