For the first time in 2 years i have clear pool water without spending alot of money on several chemicals like a competitor sold me when i went there. We went out to our pool house yesterday to open our new residence’s pool (our first season opening). When we opened our pump, to our surprise there was no internal filter! We wonder where it went? When KV pool winterized did they put it somewhere secret on our premises? I have requested a housecall ASAP this weekend and have texted one of the employees several times. I wonder how this will work out.

Kalamazoo Pool built our pool for us in August of 2015. Simply put, they are awesome!! Mike and Jan, along with their staff, are top notch!! Everything from design ideas like pool shape, location, concrete, fencing, etc. They do it all and are great at what they do. I shopped around and did a lot of research prior to making such a big investment. I am so glad I decided to work with them. I have not had one issue with quality or workmanship.
