Jay might be one of the most polite, professional and sincere employees of a company that I’ve come across in years. That also goes for Jon, who did the majority of the installation of both the furnace and A/C at our home. The service provided by this company couldn’t be better. My phone calls or questions were answered promptly. Jon worked extra hard to get the job done! He gets an A+ for the installation. Jay took his time to fully explain the options we had, and was not pushy at all. Don’t hesitate to call Kkomfort.

Always asked permission when they needed to use the restroom. They were professional and I always felt comfortable while they were in my house.

If I could, I would give them zero stars! Beware! These are con people! Here is a review I wrote for Christensen & Wisnet where I detail K Komfort's service!
Competent, reliable, and doesn't price gouge! This company has a long history of providing good service! We are so grateful for them! My elderly mother in law was being taken down the con lane by K Komfort and they wanted to price gouge her and do repairs that her boiler did not need. She is elderly and on a fixed income. My husband insisted that she let these folks (Christensen & Wisnet) give her a second opinion
