I contact Ready set Go they gave me a great deal! They came all the way to Utah to help us move. They moved everything in a timely manner, labeled everything to my liking and they were very detailed. They communicated everting with me, my previous house was enormous and they were able to get the job done with the ETA that they provided. I was a bit hesitant on contracting this company but once they got the job done I don’t regret it! Thank you for your amazing job.

We’ve moved many times and can honestly say this is the worst company we’ve dealt with. They kept our things for 30 days. We were told it’d only be about 2 wks. When moving they refused to pack anything that was liquid or close to it. When we received our things there was a box of clothes with shampoo all over them as they packed up a shampoo bottle with clothes. Also, we noticed things were missing. Quite a few things. We filed a claim in our items. They told us it’d take about 30 days to process. It’s now been 2 months and they won’t return calls or emails. Won’t even answer any

Terrible experience. The people were friendly. That’s the best i can say.
Most of our furniture was damaged or missing pieces - solid wood furniture was cracked and gashed, a desk was just plain missing a crossbeam that had broken off and been left/discarded. Boxes were missing. The tv was cracked. Totes were crushed. An antique mirror was lost. A shocking number of our items were repacked haphazardly and were dirty. Broken things were repacked across multiple boxes - It was bizarre.
I filed an insurance claim with them, per their directions. I have been following up regularly. They no longer

I get it. It's a long-distance move. They have up to 30 business days to deliver; no problem. The problem lies in the constantly changing story of my mysterious ETA. My pick up was June 1st. Two weeks ago, my belongings were to be loaded on a truck coming from Florida to be delivered by the end of June. I called to check today, and guess what? My belongings will be loaded on a truck coming from Florida in 8-10 days to be delivered by July 14th (contract deadline). I can abide by the contract; it's the constantly changing story that's the issue. As a result, I have little faith I will see my belongings

When Armando arrived at the house, he estimated that it would take two box trucks and one flatbed trailer to move our things from Las Cruces to Santa Fe. On the day of the actual move he and his crew arrived with one box truck. He estimated it would take about five hours to load the truck. Worse moving company ever. They deserve no stars. They took almost two months to deliver my items and they never contacted me to let me know of the delays. I had to call them every single time and they always had an excuse as to why. They will get you with good “low” prices but once they show up to your house they keep adding prices.

Terrible company! Don't ever trust them. It's now 4 weeks that I'am waiting for my stuff and it is not here yet. Every time I call them they postpone delivery. Don't trust on their prices either. As soon as they get to your place they double up everything with stupid excuses. The manager is not responsive at all. Very unprofessional! Regret my money and time.
