Apply Gem Seal brand "federal grade" coal tar emulsion sealant with professional spray equipment. Got a water problem? We can remedy it by properly grading the area and/or installing relatively inexpensive drainage systems by NDS products. Our services include everything from remarking of your existing lot to completely new "layouts".

I would not recommend this company. After installing new driveway they added an ugly patch in a failed attemt to grade it. The final product has a seam and excessive elevation which causes a bump at street level. It has poor grading and the width was mistakenly reduced by a foot. They did not add gravel foundation under the asphalt. It was a nightmare.

We looked at four different Asphalt and Paving companies before deciding to go with Advantage Asphalt (AA). We decided on AA because of our experience with Danny. He provide a fair price, better warranty, and most of all showed us respect. Julio and the crew were fast, efficient, and answered any questions. Great team.
