Our Appliance Technicians are professional, courteous, factory trained, certified and we place emphasis on continued education and training. Dryer stopped working on a Sunday night, called Monday morning and said couldn't get me in until next Tuesday, called me later Monday and said they could get me an appointment the next day. Steve was exactly on time that i was told and was quick and professional. Price was exactly were i thought it would cost to repair. R & C was recommended by several people that i work with and i was not disappointed. I am extremely happy we didn't have to buy a new set and my wife is happy she has the dryer working. Thank you for the prompt service.

I went through my warranty company and used RA&C. Their first technician was 6 hours late. Didn’t even take the back off the dryer, just determined the thermostat was out. It took him two weeks to return the paperwork to the warranty company to order the part. Then another week and a half to get someone scheduled to replace the part. That person burned out the part, told my father he didn’t connect it correctly. We rescheduled again, another week and a half later. That tech no called no showed. They now are telling me I have to wait another week for them to work me on their schedule. Very unprofessional

I've always used R&C for our dishwasher repair. They were professional and honored their time promises. Unfortunately, they were bought in 2018 and have decided not to service a couple different brands (Bosch). Now they cannot help me and referred me to an 800 number where I talked to someone from India who offered an appointment a month out. We liked R&C but no longer. As one of only a few in the high country, they need to service more brands and not leave us out in the cold.

So far not impressed with this company. Researching them online and not finding many good reviews. I called Ferguson and they placed a service order for me. I was supposed to hear to get a call from the company (R &C) within 24 hours. No call so I called Ferguson back. They called them again for me but no one answered at R & C. I got a service appointment online for Tuesday. Received a phone that they couldn’t come on the date I was scheduled and that they had accidentally deleted my service submission. I needed to go online and do another request. I called Newleaf who does Ferguson’s service

Really appreciated the fast service from R&C. I called a variety of repair businesses Monday morning after my refrigerator stopped cooling on Sunday and could only get a prompt response from R&C—a nice touch when you don't have any food at your house! They moved me up the list because I had no other refrigerator at my home, then an admittedly fortuitous nearby R&C crew worked me in an hour later. What could have been a four day ordeal took a day and a half. Clean, competent, courteous crew had it done in a heartbeat. Thanks R&C.

These reviews on here are completely inaccurate. Other search engines tell you the truth about this company. They are crooks! I called them to get one simple safety fuse for my dryer that blew. These thieves try to tell me that I had to buy the whole set of fuses and the heating element as a kit because there was no other way but then tried to tell me that it was for the best because of one fuse goes out the others are not far behind them. They wanted $41.00 for that kit! The kit online is less that half that price and the one fuse they refused to sell me alone was $6.00 w/Free shipping. I replaced
