They put in a drive way at my house. Later, I learned that they were supposed to seal it, but never did and never told me that it needed to happen. Luckily, I had a friend over who's a contractor who informed me. Also, I had asked them to compact the area next to the retaining wall I had put in, and they didn't. This made the asphalt sink and crack there. I had to hire another company to come in and fix the poor job they did, then seal the asphalt.
