Apparently they don’t have qualified installers. Took my money in October and didn’t show up until December and then said they needed something else to install. Didn’t come back until January and then said it wouldn’t work. I didn’t hear back so three weeks later I called back thinking I would just add more money and buy a new door opener only… to be inform by Jackie that they would refund cost of keypad but I would not get the labor money back. My daughter-in-law who is an electrical engineer said that it is simple to install and is doing it. $75 may not seem

Nice people but I got overcharged by a lot. $245 for less than 1 hrs work. $40 each for replacement transmitters. You can buy 2 for $20. 100percent mark up is too much. When I called they said about $95 per hour. They also charged for a few squirts of spray lube. For these reasons I would go elsewhere next time I need service. I don't mind paying for a service but I don't like to feel ripped off. They overcharged by $100.00

We have relied on them for 3 years for our roll up door repairs on our trucks.
They are willing to work with a schedule and keep their word.

Pretty rude people, only spoke with them over the phone but even that was enough to make me go somewhere else.
