American scrap has been recycled, melted, rolled and painted into coil that Senox uses to manufacture products. Scrap from our manufacturing is recycled again for future coil. Getting pretty upset with this company. My sub has been expecting Wicker coils to be delivered to San Antonio for over a week now. When I call the San Antonio Senox office, which has been multiple times a day, for multiple days, all I receive is a recording telling me to try back in a few minutes.
When I call the Austin Corporate Senox office it’s the same thing with every extension except I CAN leave a message - which has yet to be returned.
I drove over to the Senox San Antonio location to ask about the most recent shipment received that should have had Wicker coils on them. When asked about
