What we prefer is for you to find a house plan, and let us work up a bid based on answers listed above. In most cases, a few days is all it takes to find out if the home you are interested in building is within the budget you have in mind. How do you find plans? There are many websites that offer house plans.

Scott Westerfield of Westerfield Construction built our home in 2013. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Scott walked us through the process and assisted us in making all the necessary decisions to build a beautiful and energy efficient home. Scott Westerfield is the best contractor we have ever worked with. I had my own house plans drawn out on a piece of paper and all these ideas rumbling around in my head for our dream house. Scott got an architect to design working house plans and we got started. He was with us every step of the way. I was able to make decisions on everything from floors, fireplace, lights, cabinets, and walls, to the smallest details like faucets and cutting boards. Scott helped with the things I knew little about. He truly brought my vision to fruition and built us a unique custom home. I would recommend Scott
