We set out to align our practice with proven methodologies but also identify and remedy typical patterns of failure, reasons breakdowns occur in the process, in order to create a different experience for our clients. LMI (Lighting Management Inc.) was founded upon the belief that lighting projects shouldn't be categorically challenging, i.e. over budget, or lacking in accountability.

As a distributer not a line rep, LMI offers access to the broadest landscape of manufacturers. We offer warehousing and long term maintenance, sustainable products and solutions, as well as a cross-trained approach to manufacturers and systems. LMI continually delivers knowledge, trust, anticipation, communication, transparency and follow-through.
Services
The core of lighting supply is procurement, sales & distribution. All bills of material are based on the reflected ceiling plan generated by the architect and/or lighting designer. The bill of material is gathered and organized. A quote and cut sheet package are generated and delivered. Instead of the typical lump sum quotation, we provide unit pricing for an accurate accounting of everything included.
