Kim and the crew from South Lake Fence did a fantastic job. I was distraught because one of our pups could bust through the invisible fence, pulled the stake out of the ground and even snapped the cable chain. Kim first calmed me down, guided me with what they needed from us, and then got to work! This group has your back and does a beautiful job, all while making you feel like long time friends! I love my new fence amd the peace of mind that comes with it!

I wish I could give this company no stars. Unfortunately I am stuck giving them more stars than they deserve in this review. I must’ve tried to get a quote from them six times between calling, emailing and texting them. Whoever was texting with me responded as if she was going to get back to me but she stopped responding all together. One of our neighbors used this company and recommended them for their competitive pricing but honestly, it is not worth it. You shouldn’t have to beg to give a company your business and money. Maybe they’re thriving so much during this pandemic that they don’t

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid all of $1250 for them to come out and install an brand new gate. Well not even a full 2 weeks later the gate does not close. When I called them about it their going to make an excuse that the posts are cracked which THEY ARE NOT. The job was poorly done. Nobody has reached back out to me to rectify the issue. They overcharge and then do sloppy work!! Save your money

Apparently have to beg them to work and pay them too. I jumped ship when I started begging for a quote. No call, no show. Moved my life around for them. Don't waste your time.
Edit: they responded with 'you have the wrong company' but I wonder who I talked to when I called their number on June 2nd at 10:46a for 3 mins.

Tried getting a fence installed for 2 months. Had to keep calling Kim, the owner, to get updates. She agreed to take care of all HOA paperwork. 6 weeks in, I asked for an update and she hadn't submitted anything. Once the HOA was finally submitted after calling in multiple times, we got approval. Unfortunately material cost went up. This happens and is understandable however Kim wanted to make sure we paid it despite having a quote locked in. Kim denied the request to have our original price honored because our quote was only good for 30 days. Had Kim just responded on time to us when I originally

First and most important, I absolutely hate writing negative reviews for local small businesses. I believe in supporting them. I have been trying to resolve issues with my fence installation for almost 3 month with Kim, the owner. She will promise the world and not deliver. Yes, you will save a few bucks, but believe me it’s not worth the headache. If you are looking for a responsive, quality orientated fence installer, look elsewhere. Sorry Kim, I gave you plenty of chances and you ignored them.

Immediately the fence supplies were ordered and once they arrived, the fence was quickly PUT TOGETHER BY HAND within just a few days. We went from an ugly wood fence to a beautiful vinyl fence that enhances our home and even makes our back yard look larger! After receiving a dirty email and $ fine $ from our lovely HOA ( Boo Hiss) to replace a fence that didn’t even belong to us South Lake fence was Johnny on the spot!!! Wow, what a great company to work with. Kim was super prompt and friendly. Her quote was accurate and she hit all the timelines she promised on her proposal. They cleaned up the site when finished and my neighbors are all contemplating a fence now due to how nice mine looks. By the way, my dogs love the freedom to roam the entire yard (their yard)... Unlike other companies, she didn't up-charge for additional work that I had her do, simply charged a reasonable rate that was right in line with her original quote. I would highly recommend her company!
