We have had people show up when someone was here and have to sit and wait a long time in the driveway and then leave (no doubt frustrated) and had a number of Saturdays with no traffic at all.
So going forward we will be available to meet on Saturdays, by appointment only. Please feel free to call during the week and set something up so you can have our undivided attention as we talk about your future project. This, will allow our crews to resume work on the projects we have in process which is a really big step forward.
However, our office is considered retail which does not open until Phase 3 which is still 4 weeks away on the current timeline. That does not mean we cannot start the process of moving your project forward. Design, Pricing, site visits, engineering, permit process, banking, all of the things that happen before we do a contract, we can still do via technology.

We do not believe in selling people something we know they cannot afford, and we love to help you afford more than what you knew you could.
DO NOT - Look at houses as a whole; look at them in pieces- this kitchen, that bedroom, this floor plan, these style windows, this look from the outside. Keep them in your mind like puzzle pieces in a bag you carry around. DO - Use model homes to get a feel for room sizes and floor plan styles that you can apply when looking at plans.
Chances are that the last time you purchased a home it was already built. And you've spent lots of time and money making changes to the finishes to make it "your home". So now when shopping for a new home, your focus is on finishes and not on the house itself. The time and effort you put into purchasing a new home should reflect the same proportions.

We have done business with them 2 times, They built a beautiful home for us on our property and we got a Mobile Home for my mother in law and put it in a community right near there. They were very upfront, no surprise cost after and pricing was fair when you realized they were including everything. Just a great business.
