It’s difficult to find quality home improvement services that are reasonably priced. Jondec is both of those things. They are also extremely responsive. I HIGHLY recommend hiring this company. I had an island and hutch painted as a nice uplift to my kitchen. They took the doors back to the shop to have them sprayed. Then brushed painted the rest of the cabinetry. You don't even see the brush strokes. INCREDIBLE JOB!!! Not to mention that they were the cleanest contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend hiring Jondec for any painting job. They were amazing.

From the minute Bryan came to give me an estimate, I felt so much more confident about having all my oak trim painted and doors sprayed white. What I thought might be impossible, Bryan put me at ease with every worry I had. He kept in touch and didn’t at all mind my questions, big or small. Always willing to help.

Very satisfied with JonDec and their employees. Honest quote to start with, by Chris. We thought the price was high, but we were having more than ten rooms painted, including a 2-story atrium.
They started promptly on the day they said they would and started big with a crew of 4 or 5 guys. Unfortunately, that ended quickly and it was mostly our crew leader, Rich, who worked by himself on most days.
Very impressed with the work done. Rich and his crew did a great job prepping, painting and also cleaning up when finished.

I've used Jondec Painting twice now. Both times I've been super happy with the results. This past job was painting all the trim in a house I just bought plus a few of the rooms. It was a huge job that they got done in about a week. I'm very happy with how the house looks with white trim instead of golden oak. I'll be calling them again for my next job. Highly recommended.

Make sure you get the 'A' crew! We found the owner professional & knowledgeable with good references so we felt comfortable hiring his company for a full interior house paint job. The crew that arrived was polite and had a leader but the owner was not there at all. As the job progressed than the problems started to pop up. For the 3 days they were in our home we both were working and every day I came home to find something that had happened but since the crew was already gone, no one pointed any of these things out to me but they were obvious.

This review is incredibly late as we had our house painted by Jondec last summer but I wanted to make sure I got it in because they did such a fantastic job!
Their quote process was fast and the price was reasonable. More than anything, they did beautiful work! Our house was built in 1913 so a lot of the walls are challenging to paint with cracks but the crew made them look like new! Also the men in the crew were all very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them!

Jondec by far was our highest quote. We decided to go with them anyway because we were looking for someone to come in, do the job and do it right. It was anything but!
We hired them to paint the inside of our house including a newly remodeled bathroom, which included a window. They did not take the window out and painted the tracks! Thank goodness my husband was home and was able to get the window out before the tracks totally dried!
During the quote walk through Bill just made everything sound like it would be a smooth process, they'll fill holes, sand, prime, wiped down walls ect

Jondec just finished painting my bathroom, bedroom, and a few hallways in my home. We also had our golden oak trim painted white. I couldn't be happier. They are completely professional and detail oriented. The crew, led by Matt and Brian, worked hard to get the finished product I expected. If you are able to request your painters, I would choose these 2 guys. Throughout the process I found several blemishes (nail pops that were once hidden, a few flat spots, etc) and every single one of them they fixed, without hassle. That's professionalism! We had used Jondec before and decided that we would get estimates from other outfits. We should have simply called Jondec in the first place. I hired Jondec to paint my living room and dining room. The owner of the company came out rapidly to give me an estimate, and I was pleased with that.
The price was reasonable, and then I saw the work! The job is perfect! The original color is hard to cover, but they did so. It looks beautiful.
I was hoping that they would not leave any mess after they were done, and my hopes were more than realized! They cleaned up and left the place in a better condition than when the work started!

Martin, Jeremy , and Frank from Jondec Painting were outstanding. I have a 19 foot high vaulted ceiling in a third floor condo which was challenging not just for its height, but getting the tall ladders in as well. Included in my price, which was half of what another company wanted to charge, was ceiling drywall repair. Both repair work and painting were performed flawlessly. They are truly professional and I would definitely highly recommend them.

I had them out to paint pretty much the entire inside of my house. They came on Monday before Thanksgiving and I was told they would be done in two days. I walked in the day before Thanksgiving to my house after work to find it completely taken apart still. Apparently they ran out of the paint they needed and decided to call it a day. My Thanksgiving Day holiday was ruined. They did not come back until the Monday after Thanksgiving to work so I lived in a mess for four days. The quality of the paint is embarrassing. I am so glad we choose Jondec for our recent painting renovations. Working with them was seamless and professional from the start. They can work with you via email, and also they will give you good advice and opinions about your project. I really like John, there are 2 Johns, One being the owner and the other John I met who works you on site the project manager or supervisor.

We have a 3200 square foot house in Palos and these guys came out and gave us a $15K - $16K estimate to paint the entire house - more than twice as much as the next highest estimate that we received. We didn't receive the other estimates from guys off the street but reputable companies that have been in business for quite some time.
That's just ridiculous, and I don't see how people pay these prices, but there are suckers everywhere I guess. Everyone is entitled to make a living, but it shouldn't cost $15K to have four guys paint a 3,200 square foot house for five days
