I would caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. I had a recall on a f150 2020 pickup truck. The cameras had to be replaced. After about 1 year they finally got the parts in, I know this was not there fault. They installed camera and said they didn’t have time to program they so I made another appointment. The second one, they said it was to windy to do so I had to make another appointment. The third appointment after about an hour and a half they said they couldn’t do it. I took it to Andy moor in Plainfield and they fixed it in about 45 minutes.

My husband and I had the best experience today! Our salesman Tyler was great. He was very genuine and honest with us about the vehicles we were looking at. He did not harass us when we drove onto the lot, didn’t push us to buy anything, and did the best he could to make sure we got what we wanted. We never once felt like we were being tricked. I have never bought a vehicle from somewhere that was so laidback. We highly recommend Bob Bowen Ford, you won’t be disappointed!

Went for service. Had weird experience. A lady working service desk was odd. New, or slow learner. The service manager( I assume) had a different outlook on life than I did. Seemed like maybe I shouldn't be there, or they were covered up, or just really didn't care if any appointments showed up. Seemed ok when came and got me when they figured out issue, but I am not sure if I want to return after this issue is resolved. Not happy with Clinton Ford, Mace Ford, and really would like to locate a great! Ford dealer.
