The builder of our home placed our AC units on the top level on a small platform. They were very hard to access and when one unit failed multiple companies declined to help us. Pileiro was happy to help and we signed on to their service plan. Every interaction with them thus far has been pleasant and professional.

Called last night at 9o’clock I could’ve had the builders guy come back for free but it would’ve been there third time back I knew they wouldn’t fix it right so AC breaks of course it was not installed properly so I requested emergency service Tim called me very quickly was here the next day at noon the previous A.C. company did a few things Sloppy , Tim fixed Everything to perfection and now I purchased their maintenance plan at a great price so my wife and I just want to say thank you to Tim for the great service, for this to go so smoothly and perfect the owner does a really good job

I got a call the tech would be arriving shortly to my house. The Pileiro tech showed up on the scheduled time. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do. There is not enough I can say to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Piliero’s. I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling services. They are so quick to respond to inquiries and setting up appointments. The serviceman wears shoe coverings and gloves. They are polite and cordial. We met with Chris to gather information regarding installation of a heater and air conditioner. After consulting with other contractors we asked if Chris could come back and answer more questions regarding moving the AC unit to a first floor deck. He came that day and followed up the conversation with a very specific email. We scheduled the work and on installation day Jake, Tim and Bobby arrived on time and spent the whole day installing the systems.
