The men wer not on time. We are old and disabled. We had to rush and move our cars. I asked if it would poison my birdseed on the ground, he said yes. I hope none of the birds die. We have our bird feeders as nd hummingbird feeders. Very rude. Took 10 minutes left Bill on the door and left.

Big M Pest Control has killed their own business. After being a 10+ year customer this year I was lied to by the office staff who kept me tied up at home from 9am to 2pm only to find out I wasn't even scheduled and my calls were never returned. Scheduled a move-out spray to satisfy our lease and the man that came severely oversprayed the interior with poison. They said it would dry in 2 hours but it wasn’t even close to drying at 3 hours. It was like someone had dumped milk all over our floors. The whole house is tile (new tiles just installed a few months ago for hurricane repairs) and… BIG M blamed uneven flooring for the puddles of poison. No way. We had to sop up pools of poison and then rinse and mop and rinse and mop. The entire floor in the house was left with a greasy slick film and hours later it still smells like
