In the beginning I was happy. They cleaned up the mess my pool had become and they were friendly and reliable. However, over time it went from good to bad to worse. He didn't show up for weeks and then his wife or son did and did not empty the baskets or the pool sweep. Then he didn't show up for almost 3 months without a call or any communication. I finally called to find out what the problem was. Tony apologized and offered to replace my pump for cost and come to find out now with a new pool cleaning company the pump isn't the right size for my pool and not correctly installed

Great communication in the beginning of working with Pinks Pool Service but over time things start to get a little sloppy.
Do not return phone calls, Makes appointments and don't show up or call to let us know that he will not make it to our scheduled appointment time.
My pool has been green for a few days, I call to get service and still get no call back. I sent pictures and still no reply.
This company is very unprofessional.
Think twice before you think of calling Pinks Pool Service.

- tldr -dog friendly, always locks gate unlike other pool services

I will post pictures later of the email conversations back and forth . I came back to find dead gofers and a swamp and I was paying for full service . I think the guy may have showed up the first time to collect money only . Thankfully got my money back after sending pictures to their customer service dept. but please avoid headaches they only collect money and do not show up .

Had a bad experience and have just fired pinks pool service.
After a week of them not showing up, our pool turned green. After we called them, they apologized and “shocked the pool.” It was very cloudy. After two days we called and asked when we could use the pool again. We never experienced someone answering the phone. We left messages. No one was coming back through the gate.
We finally received a call back 4 days later. The agent promised to come that afternoon to look at, and clean, the pool. He never arrived.
The pool remains cloudy and dark. We have called another service

Seriously does this company ever answer their phones or emails ? We came back from vacation to a pool that was filthy , even had a dead gofer floating in the water. I been trying to cancel for almost 3 weeks (since we got back and noticed our pool was disgusting) and Havent been able to get a call back or email back! I have emailed ,called and left voicemails! Nothing! I really held back on writing a review ( I wanted to give them a chance to respond and fix the issue ) but apparently they just do not care! This is for the $95 a month plan btw. Don’t waste your time or money
