I am sad to say that Heidi has not been a very good business partner/client. I have requested a balance due to me since May with no response. A portion was paid and the remainder has been refused. As a small business owner, I had hoped she would understand the professional courtesy to pay her bill. Unfortunately, she has ignored all requests to complete our transaction. Just a heads up while doing professional or personal business with her.

Heidi Berlin at The Flooring Studio is fabulous. She has redone my floors in 2 homes and just finished a beautiful bathroom remodel for me. She has a great work ethic, dependable, well trained subs and an eye for seeing and following thru with the vision. She is great to work with for simple flooring changes or remodeling everything. She has helped both my children with their homes as well as at least 5 of my friends who wanted updates. I think Heidi is the BEST in town.

Had the opportunity to get a quote on a total paint, flooring, cabinet refacing on a property we are considering purchasing. Heidi spent a considerable amount of time reviewing all the products and installation. She has very extensive experience and knowledge . If we purchase the property we will be utilizing her company. I recommend anyone considering these projects to talk to Heidi first.
