Helps to show up. Called on a Friday and scheduled a clean out for the following Wednesday 1-3pm. Took off work. Never showed, never called. I contacted late afternoon and got voicemail, still no call back over a week later. I could understand being busy, but don’t schedule me and not show up then not even have the courtesy to call or call me back. Inexcusable. Don’t waste your time like I did.

This is the second time we have used Cole's Septic Services since moving into our home. Each time has been a good experience. From the phone conversation to the actual service all of my questions have been patiently answered. This last time we had a situation of concern and appreciate how Cole's responded immediately with next day service. You can imagine how important this is with septic issues! Everyone I have dealt with has been accommodating and responsive. I appreciate the thoroughness and work ethic that I have experienced with Coles.
