Sam called me back to take care of the situation. It was extremely busy and this one slip through the crack for him. Gave him another opportunity and this time he went beyond my expectation and got pretty much everything squared out with my warranty company. Appreciate for calling back and taking care of what's needed Sam.

Excellent job! The AC was installed on 2 super hot days, and they were as pleasant and efficient as could be! I got 4 quotes before selecting Sam's. They were the only company that found a way to install the AC without eliminating my linen closet. (No one else was experienced and creative enough to figure it out!). Their price was very competitive, and Sam was very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Our heat went out last night and based on a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Sam's Air Control. Within 2 hours of our call a technician was at our door, fixed the problem and now heat is back on! Highly recommend Sam's Air Control, great customer service and can't beat the same day service especially on a Sunday!

Just bought a house here and I have very limited knowledge of how our system works. Sam’s guys came out and identified a problem and took care of it and made sure I had a basic understanding of how to maintain my system. When everything wasn’t exactly right, he sent a guy out to try to resolve it again. Both Sam and his guys were professional and friendly. They seem to be an honest company and the customer service was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again.

Met Sam at the Home & Garden Expo in Edison earlier this year. Very professional and well spoken. Had a full AC replacement done. Easy to contact. punctual, clean, competitively priced. Today was 85 and AC is 10x better than what I had last year. He certainly has a bright future ahead of him. Would definitely recommend.

I had 3 different companies in my house for the estimate, most professional and knowledgeable, was team of father and son, Alik and Sam, from Sam's Air Control. Professionalism didn't stop after they received my deposit. Sam kept me informed on progress of the order of my system, installation date and follow up call after installation.

I was very happy with Sam’s air control. I spoke to Sam he sent help out right away. They were so efficient so kind and they went over and above what they were supposed to do. They actually made me a cover for my air-conditioner that I did not know was needed. I would recommend this company highly to anyone!

Sam's did such a great job! They came right away, assessed the problem, and when we determined that our 30+ year old furnace had seen it's last day, they replaced it that day. Everyone was professional, very pleasant, and cleaned everything up. We even had a little problem with our water heater the next day and they helped us out. I would highly recommend them to any one who is having a heating issue.
