Highly recommend! We’ve been using Rankin for over 5 years for our residential home and they’re always professional, never had an issue. And they actually answer their phones. So many companies like this can’t provide basic communication skills, but Rankin is great.
They usually offer a free treatment for new customers and a small discount and free treatment for existing customers that prepay early. As a deal-searcher I appreciate that.

These guys are absolutely the BEST. They take pride in what they do. I know this first hand because I once tried another company when I moved out of there territory and it was such an awful experience the yard did not look nearly as green or as healthy. I called Rankin and pleaded with them to expand the territory of coverage and get me back on their system. I am so happy they expanded their area and we have a beautiful yard once again. I will never use another lawn care provider.

This is a wonderful company I have used for 6+ years now and the yard has looked magazine worthy ever since. The cost is affordable (all in all i honestly think the cost right around if you were to buy the materials yourself and slaved away in the yard all afternoon fertilizing). They are very accommodating as to what needs done and what does not (i.e. weed killing a massive flower garden w/o hurting the little guys); Also they take the time to make a courtesy call the day b/4 they arrive for their service. I received a flyer in the mail for this lawn care service and was very interested in getting them started on my lawn. I called their number 330-935-2900 on Good Friday in 2012 and left a message that I was interested in their lawn care service. To my regret, I did not receive a call back from the company even though I left my name and phone number. Being optimistic, I just figured that they were on vacation on Good Friday and maybe they did not get the message, so I called again. This time I was surprised that no one answered my call at 10:30 am on a weekday, but I left the same message anyway
