Kingsford replaced all of our windows with energy efficient windows a while back. Over time the paint on the trim wrap, on some windows, became loose. They came out in couple days after contacting them & replaced the trim. Great customer service & Eno showed true professionalism in his work.

This company is outstanding! They deserve infinite stars. From the sales rep to the door installer, I cannot articulate in words how wonderful these people are. I hired them for a door installation. As with any project, I got several quotes. Kingsford Home was very competitive for my business. They beat everyone's price for the same door! And they did not negotiate on quality. The other company wanted to compete by coming down on the gauge of steel. Not Kingsford! My sales rep came back on a Saturday, when he could have been at home, to sign a contract. The door installer was on time, professional

I purchased windows from Kingsford Home Improvements, Inc. in 2007. They were truly the best improvement I put in my home. The Kingsford staff always provided great customer service for me. I had a lifetime warranty on the windows,. Kingsford was true to their word, and whenever I needed them, they met my needs far above my expectations. I recently sold my home, and the fact that I had Kingsford windows was an asset in regard to the sale price. I just called Kingsford because I needed help with some paperwork, Even though I no longer own a home, I received the same quality service.

We had all of our windows replaced by Kingsford Fall 2019. We have had an absolutely terrible experience with them. This is by far the most money we have ever spent on our home but the worst customer service we’ve received. Our complaints are too numerous to outline here but I will include some of our biggest frustrations and I am attaching pictures of the workmanship.
1. Terrible communication. The team left on the final day without checking out with us. When we have brought concerns to the company over the last several months, they only send the same team out. No one at the management or owner

By far the best choice for me and wife, superb job, Sara cant thank you enough for keeping us updated on status of our project and working with us when our vacation time came up during the project, Kevin (owner) your employee are second to none, always on time, we love our sunroom, in summer we have A/C and winter we have Heat, and on a nice spring or fall like day, we can just open the windows and enjoy the breeze, as a retired military member ,I strive on things done right the first time and 99% time Kingsford, was on point, of course with any project there some minor error, and i want say kingsford

I have done business with Kingsford for over 20 years. The first time I hired them was for siding on my house. I have since hired them for roofing, gutters, windows and most recently new entry and storm doors. Every time I was given a written price quote, the materials used were of high quality, and the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. The warranty offered by Kingsford is, in my opinion, the best in the business. Kingsford is my first choice for home improvement projects.
