Storage City is a great option in Russellville. The facility is always clean and it is easy to get in touch with staff. I personally love that your account can be managed completely online.

We rented one of the small units and it was perfect for what we needed. Working with Storage City was a breeze. Any questions I had, I called Natalie, and she helped me out every time. The price for the small unit is reasonable, you will need to factor the cost for insurance as well, but they will go over all of that with you when you sign up.
And sign up is easy as pie and also easy to close as well. I did both over the phone.
I enjoyed having the unit. I enjoyed working with this company. I will be going to them again if I need any extra storage and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE STORAGE CITY!!!!! Their units and grounds are very nice and up to date, but the staff is hands down the best!!!!! I highly recommend them for anyone’s storage needs!!!

I needed a storage unit on short notice in a specific size. At the time I rented they were still in the process of completing building the addition with the size units that I needed. Natalie had her crew finish one unit in that area so that I could go ahead and have a unit then. I was so grateful to her and her crew for going above and beyond to help me when I was pressed for time! Storage City has awesome customer service, ease of access and any size unit you could need.
