Currently looking for my own installers. They won't even verify if my counters are cut yet. Chrissy told me they have had delays since 10/21 but I was told on 11/12 that my lead time would be 8-10 weeks, we are now at week 10 with no update so I called for my 3rd time and she told me they will not be installed this month and she is still not sure when. So why was I never told about these delays? She told me to reach out to "Lee" but after reading other reviews I'm convinced Lee is not a real person. This place is unprofessional, misleading, and lacking in communication. DO.

Excellent service from start to finish! I’d work with them again in a minute. From Melissa at the showroom to Armando the installer- it was a very positive experience. They were prompt, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional and communicated well throughout the process which took under 2 weeks.

Installation was great. The installers called ahead of arrival and arrived on schedule. They were professional and efficient. Explained as they were going through the install to make sure I knew everything they were doing. They made sure I was satisfied with their work and cleaned up before they left. Overall I has a very good experience working with Stoneworks for my counter top upgrade and installation.

Purchased quartz countertops through Lowe’s for Stoneworks installation. The process is taking entirely too long. My template had to be scheduled twice, when I was finally able to schedule installation the incorrect sink was listed. Had to wait another week for the new piece to be cut. On Day of installation the new piece that had to be re cut for my sink didn’t fit. I did not receive any follow up call that Friday or the weekend. I now have to take another day off work for them to complete the install and reschedule plumbing. This was a substantial amount of money for me to pay and this has

Honestly, if I could leave less than one star I would. I have never been dismissed and denigrated by a company in the manner in which Stoneworks has.
In April of this year (2021) we placed an order for a complete kitchen remodel through our local Home Depot. Stoneworks happens to be the vendor Home Depot uses in our area for quartz countertops. Went through lowes to have granite counter tops and they leased the job to stoneworks. As you can see from the picture the sink that this company installed after laying my counters fell in. I called lowes who said I needed to call Stoneworks and stoneworks said they would be in touch but for me to reach out to lowes. While waiting to hear from someone the sink completely fell in causing damage to my plumbing. I have now had to pay an additional 600.00 to fix something that was installed less than 7 months ago.

This is an awful and unprofessional company that I would never recommend to anyone. It took my wife and I 15 phone calls, 5 voicemails, 7 emails, and going twice to the physical site in order to FINALLY get our granite countertops installed correctly. This is in addition to the FIVE times they had to come out to our house to remeasure or correct something they messed up in the first place. There was zero accountability or ownership coming from their end as management would intentionally avoid us and their crews would say in Spanish "We already got paid for this job lets just go, screw it"

These guys did the legwork for our Home Depot countertop. Top notch; couldn't be happier with the result! Professional and amazingly rapid install. They showed up, assessed the install and got to work. No endless chitchat-they were focused. I was concerned when the seam where the pieces met were separate, uneven and I couldn't imagine they could get it right.
They did. Real pros; one stated he'd been doing this for 18 years. I believe it and would use them again.

An exceptional job by Zach's team and craftsman Luis. We had granite installed on spiral staircase, kitchen and four restrooms. Also exterior bar and fire pit.
I would highly recommend this team.
I drove to their recommended stone dealer In Tampa and was extremely impressed by Ryan and the exceptional inventory.
I have to say we had an extremely exquisite install on the island and attached table.

I had granite counter tops installed about 3 years ago. After about 1 year, I discovered there was water leaking in the under mounted sink. This had caused significant damage to 3 cabinets. They came out, put some silicone around the internal rim of the sink, but claimed they didn't see anything. Then just recently I noticed there was continued leaking, further damaging the cabinets. We have complained to Home Depot and will see how they respond. I will be asking them what they will be doing to fix our damaged cabinets. After, I will write a letter of complaint to Home Depot urging

I ordered cabinets from One Stop Kitchen & bath. My order included the granite counter tops from Stoneworks . Yesterday 8 / 21/19 my counter tops were put in by stoneworks on schedule. The two men Joy & Alex, who installed them did a wonderful job. Cleaned up as they worked . I wanted to give them a good grade as I had seen several reviews that were negative. Patricia M.

UPDATE: 4 months after the initial install, I now have counters installed on both sides of my kitchen. They are two different types of granite, because they were unable to match my original slab. Although the undertones are the same, I now have dark giallo ornamental granite and Santa Cecilia. Meaning one side of my galley kitchen has the dotted giallo pattern and the other has the black line pattern of the Santa Cecilia. That is acceptable to this company. Their incompetence has cost me 4 months, caused me to miss a deadline for my tile installers so now I will have to wait months to get a backsplash

Unless you have all the time in the world do not buy from Cutting Edge Granite a/k/a Stoneworks. Once you have bought and paid for your granite or other product getting scheduled is a disaster. Then their installers do not show up. They do not answer their phones and messages left on voicemail are not returned. I lost so much time off work and so did my contractor. I have one more bathroom to remodel but NEVER AGAIN with Cutting Edge!

I went to home depot to look at a quartz countertop. My kitchen designer said if I wanted to see the material to go to Stoneworks. I meet Tony and saw the piece. He seemed like a great guy who knew his product. I called Homedepot on Jan 12. Eric told me they would send a lead to Stoneworks who would then call to schedule a measure.Jan 13 I called Tony as Eric told me to and he said his girl would call me. Its not Jan 31 the last day of the 10% off sale and still no call. I have called both places several times and gotten no results. Time to go to Granite City!!!!!!!

Stoneworks installed my granite Bartop. The sales process was smooth and the installation was great. I had a major issue however with the scheduling. They had a major issue with calling me back. I tried calling the sales manager and got no response from him either. I had other trades waiting and the time frame that they told me was not kept. I would not recommend this company to my friends and family. Again sales and install was good but the offices issue with scheduling was pitiful

My husband and I are so pleased with our new counters. We had a great experience from beginning to end.
Juan showed up for install and was extremely personable and professional, along with his partner Renee. We had some issues with our cabinets being level, which had me concerned. He assured me he would not leave until the job was completed and we were happy.
The counters were finished and look gorgeous!! I will recommend Stoneworks to everyone I know who maybe looking for counters. I can't thank you and Juan enough for a phenomenal experience!
