Have had three services completed by Purple Care so far and am happy to endorse them. In my previous home I serviced my lawn and pest care through TruGreen and I have to admit that Purple Care blows them out of the water in terms of communication, professionalism and respect they have for my home. My initial service was for sprinkler repair and the technician who came repaired several lines, reset timers and schedules and was open to a myriad of questions starting with sprinklers and ending with helping me identify the shrubs/plants the previous owner planted. I have been using Purple Care as a Pest Control Service since the Summer of 2021. I entered into a "contract," which seems to only benefit the company. I am awaiting my next treatment due to the lack of scheduling on Purple Care's end. First, they scheduled WITHOUT notification on Tuesday, November 9th. My "notice" was a phone call the day of that someone would be out shortly. Well, without notice, I was unable to reschedule having a fence installed. So, they were unable to apply treatment. They will get you to sign up at $35 discount rate. Then they will state it is $64.99 + tax thereafter. Which is fine and I agreed to. What they do not tell you is that they will charge you the $140 after that first treatment for sulfer and whatever else they need to do. I do not mind paying what I do mind is that they do NOT tell you this prior. So service is fine but please be aware the sales people just tell you whatever they can to do the sale.

$800 for a leaf clean-up. That's what I was charged. Requested only the front be done, they did front AND back, and charged me $800. For leaves. Said it was a $200 minimum, then $70/hr per person. They must have sent 10 people because my yard is not that big. Was considering them for landscaping job, but I would probably need to secure a home equity loan to pay them.

I was happy with service. When the guy was out selling $49 special to start service he didn't mention they would be coming back out in 30 days and there would be a $114 for application. So I called and talk to the manager and she they did tell you about it and Basically called me a liar so I am paying the bill and canceling my service with them because they are not up front with all of their cost.

My service set up with Purple Care was easy. However I was misled/lied to. I was signing up for lawn care and the sales rep asked if I wanted pest control. Since we just moved in I wasn't sure if I needed it, but he assured me I could cancel it anytime. So I went ahead and told him to set up the service. After a couple of treatments (at $118 per treatment) I tried to cancel it and was told there was a $219, plus tax, fee to cancel. I was NEVER told there would be a fee to cancel and I specifically asked the sales rep when he was selling me the service. That is why I agreed to take the

I hired a pest control company to take care of my house. I shouldn't have to remind them to come out quarterly. When I called to inquire about why my last visit was skipped, they didn't have an answer. When I cancelled they didn't apologize or try to make it right.

I pay for these type of companies/services to do the treatment so that I don't have to remember to. Otherwise, I would do it myself..

When they first come to your home, they are nice and try to make it seem as if they stand behind their word which turns out that they don’t. They did not show up for the 30 follow up until 17 days later(only because I called complaining about the outbreak of ants I had in my home on my first floor then). If I had not called about the ants, no one probably would not have came them either. I was billed for a 30 day follow up (that was not a 30 day follow up) then when asked about it, I was brushed off and talked to like I was the one who did something wrong. It is rare that people surprise me, and even more rare that people exceed my expectations. After the winter storms, and all of the subsequent rain, all of my flowerbeds and weeds got completely out of control. I could not catch up, much less keep up. I spoke with Justin at Purple Care, and he assured me that his team of guys would be able to come out and take care of everything in a day. I have to admit, when I left for work this morning I truly doubted that they would finish all of that work today, and truly expected to see them whenever I got home. I've been using Purple Care for all my landscaping needs for about 3 years now. I can't say enough good things about them and their crew: they're dependable, they're priced very reasonably, and they know what they are doing. Purple Care continuously looks out for us and ensures that our facility is in top notch shape and looks the best. They really know North Texas plants, and they are especially great at tree trimming--my trees look gently pruned, not butchered. Overall, I highly recommend Purple Care for all types of landscaping.

PurpleCare Pest Control. Credit Card Charges were made to our account for services NOT rendered. Very dishonest company. Steer clear!!

They were soliciting in my neighborhood today and were asked to leave twice and refused. Had to call Granbury police to have them removed.

I needed a company to lay some sod on the side of my house and found purple care. for this side it cost $750.00 and it was Zoysia (recommended by the company) and i obliged. Crew came out, laid a small layer of compost, and laid sod over the old grass and weeds. I spoke to the worker and advised i've done research on sod laying and was surprised they didn't til the old dirt and remove the old weeds and grass prior to laying sod. He assured it would not effect the new sod growth. so far so good even though the old weeds are coming through the new sod.I'll update with long results

I began using Extreme Lawn care, now Purple Care, in 2013 when I moved to Azle. I stopped using them when they repeatedly blew the mow seed into my flowerbeds and turned them into Bermuda grass. Even though it was in their notes to not do so. They also would scalp my St. Augustine down to a 2 inch cut even though I asked them to leave the grass 4 inches or higher for the health of it. Jennifer and Mandy responded negatively to any complaint with rude indifference to the quality of service their employees performed. I gave them a second chance and a third as I like to support local business

We used Purple Care for about 6 months. We had them do a fair amount of landscaping, maintenance, weekly mowing and pest control. They charge top tier pricing and therefore my expectations were extremely high.

I was consistently disappointed with the quality of the small and sickly plants that they sold us, that were not warranted after a month. Additionally, the quality of the weekly service provided was equally poor. Edging was often skipped and the weeds seemed to increase, instead of decrease. They skipped a large wasp nest that was on the back door frame during a pest control visit. When

Extreme lawn care started my service a couple of years ago. I've been fairly happy with their services until 8/22/19. On this day the tech left a bill on the front door but never serviced my property. I have a video Surveillance system and I see the tech place the bill on the front door but I never see him in the yard. The office manager said that video surveillance systems miss picking up their activity all the time! How is that possible? It picks up everyone else! They refused to send another tech out to treat my lawn. They refused to issue a refund but agreed quickly to cancel my service

Went with them because they were supposed better than other Lawn Maintenance Companies. Have more weeds in my yard in the last eight years then ever before. The manager said it is because of all of the rain. Wow.. It has never rained before in Texas in the last eight years.. LOL. Also spend ridiculous amount of money to have them over-seed my front yard and put a topper. Basically threw a bunch of seed and dirt in my yard. Seed washed away (No topper) and I had to rake the topper out my self because it was so uneven. Consumers hire companies to manage the areas they specialize in. I

I do recommend this service as an overall service. They did great work and very reasonably priced - I have 1/3 acre yard. They offer a wide range of services and were upfront about costs. They always called the day before (sometimes a couple days ahead since I work nights) to remind me to unlock gate. They did work with me to be first on the list to mow since I sleep during the day and had to lock my dogs inside while they were here, so I could let the dogs out when they left.

I did have a couple problems though. The weed-eated all my flowers a couple of times until I had sent a picture to the

This isn't a good company. I started services with them about two or three months ago. The second time they came out, they claimed to have treated my lawn. However the guy didn't know I had cameras and he didn't treat my lawn. He only came to my door once and that was to drop off the service sheet showimg he was there. I called and spoke with an agent letting her know, my lawn wasn't treated. And I have my cameras as proof. Had them for 2 weeks. Didn't call or text ahead as I had asked then they broke my gate. I told them about it and they came and looked at it and said the wood was bad. It wasn't new wood but that piece had not been loose at all prior. Guess that means it was ok to break it. Then they wanted to charge me 100 dollars to fix it. For the two weeks I had them they missed weed eating large areas where grass had grown out of the cement. I highly discourage using this company. The crew clearly didn't care.

Awful. Did not show up in time. Did not get the weeds as promised. Removed yard sign to mow (understandable) and threw it on sidewalk and left it there (not understandable). Didn't even mow in straight lines (which wouldn't be a big deal but on top of the other crap it's not acceptable). Broke the fence door and wanted to charge 100$ to fix it . Will not use again and take your $ elsewhere
