In 2015, Alexander Hoheisel and Andrea Hoheisel, his mother, purchased the business and grew it until 2019, then decided to rebrand the business as Legacy Lawn & Landscape. At the beginning of 2020 Joshua Benson and his wife Lee Gray bought the business and have applied Josh's 20+ years of landscaping experience to expanding and building the business and adding to our services.
We are up to and ready for the task of being your full maintenance provider. However if all you need is a company to mow your lawn, we are happy to customize our services to fit your needs. We hose off all blades if we service a lawn with weeds such as crab grass so as not to spread weeds between clients lawns.
Core Aeration is a multi-faceted mechanical process of extracting rich soil and placing it where water, air and nutrients can be utilized by your grass to maximum capacity. This should be done at least once a year, and twice a year for trouble areas like shaded and or high traffic areas. Core Aeration is usually practiced in spring and fall, but is occasionally done in midsummer for re-seeding or high traffic situations.

Tyler is fantastic to deal with and very professional. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for help with lawn care services. He was able to identify fungus and grub issues in my lawn quickly and suggest solutions. He then promptly came out to apply the necessary chemicals and solve my issues!
