Crooks!!! They charge the poor more. Higher cost to prepay then take OVER 7 days to deliver it. I spent $1,000 and Still dont have it. Find another company. I explained we were about out and wouldn't even let me pay extra for the EXPRESS Service. I will be digging this tank up and going elsewhere or solar. They are getting rich while we go through snowstorms with no heat and no care to them. Pieces of garbage. Must claim to be a Christian co. # 1 sign for a crook company.

I have been a customer of Blue Ridge for over 1 year. The service is located at a campground. How can my monthly bill fluctuate so much when the camper is not even being occupied? The only appliance that is using electricity is a refrigerator during that time.

So discouraged with this company. I am moving and wanted my account at the current location terminated and the gas I have already paid for but not used refunded. They want to charge $125 just to come out to read the tank. They will not remove THEIR tank that I have been paying rent on for 11 years. They will not move the tank to my new location but will install a new one for $125/hour to install. I will not use them for any future propane needs.

As a new homeowner in Burke Co., I was particularly impressed with the excellent customer service provided by delivery person, Phil. He took extra time to explain how to find and read my tank gauge, as well as understand auto fill and projected costs. He recommended I reach to Chris to schedule an inspection/tutorial on how to operate my gas fireplaces and grill line as they have not been used in over 10 years. I was very pleased to hear Blue Ridge Energy offers this service. Thank you Phil for your great customer service!

Back in 2017 Blue Ridge sent some people out to trim back the powerline trails (for the 2nd time that year) without notice. I came home from work to find my favorite tree cut in half. A cedar tree that wasn't endangering the line. They also left trash from their lunch in my yard, and tore the yard up driving through it. It broke my heart. The tree still stands as a constant reminder of their violations.

I would not recommend pursuing a career at BlueRidge Electric. As a summer accounting/finance intern there I had a reasonable work load along with a project that was assigned to me from my manager. My manager consistently followed up with me to let me know how great of a job I was doing. Often times I would complete my tasks and go ask manager for more task, that way I was being productive and gaining the most from this experience. Whenever I brought up more work to my manager the response would always be that she would get back to me and to continue “scanning documents”, which for an intern

If I could leave zero stars I would. On permanent hold as we speak. My mom we t in to the hospital. The company won't let me pay it. It's insane. When I got on the phone they simply put me on hold and left me there. Very poor. Laurie was the person that did this. Thanks for nothing.

This company is corrupt. I have had issues with them since I moved here in 1990. Initially it was because the wires were running over my house and an electrician warned me of the fire danger. Blue Ridge had no intention of moving those wires they came out to look with patches on their shoulders reading "Safety First" but treated my problem like a joke. Sattersfield head of the company at the time told me he did not like my attitude. Eventually I had to pay 5,000 to have the wires put underground even though one of their employees lived next door and the wires could easily have gone down his field
