Very happy with ACE garage door. Ethan was awesome and available to answer as many questions as I had. Worked with us until we got exactly what we wanted. The team of installers were great and provided a thorough walk through after the job was complete to ensure that we knew everything about our beautiful doors. Highly recommend!!!!

There was a misunderstanding when I called to set up an appointment to have a repair man come out but they sent a salesman instead. Because I missed 1/2 day of work over this the manager Ethan went out of his way to accommodate me. He set up a Saturday appointment for me so I wouldn’t have to miss work again and Brandon came out and installed a new garage door opener. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. I am very happy with my new door opener and highly recommend Ace Garage Door Company.

They have great service I had an issue with my door. I emailed after hours about the issue. Ethan called me within 10min and 30 min later Brandon was knocking at my door. Brandon took care of everything quickly and efficiently with great customer service. A+ services this is a company that I’m glad I chose and will highly recommend.

UPDATE: Ethan contacted me and agreed that I shouldn’t have been charged $164 for the service that was done. They credited back $65 and only charged the trip to my house. I would also like to add that they were quick to come out, as other services were going to take at least a couple weeks to come out. I appreciate the level of their customer care.
My garage door wasn’t opening and closing normally. A guy came out and adjusted the sensor which barely took five minutes and I was billed $164. The price was very unreasonable. There should definitely be a reasonable price range for a quick fix

ACE is a great garage door company. They are affordable and reliable. When I have a garage door issue, they can sometimes have someone out the same day, but usually no later than the next day. They will come and service your garage, and change out any necessary parts to get the door working properly.
