We have been so blessed to work with such an amazing owner and his company. We are nearing our first full year of owning our new construction custom built home and we couldn’t be happier. While my neighbors who went with different builders continue to bemoan how unreliable and subversive their builders are, Andy (Cherryridge Construction foreman) continues to be attentive and kind with/about any issues we’ve had in and out of the home, issues that simply come along with new builds.

I'm an interior designer with The Modern Hive and have collaborated with the Cherry Ridge Construction team on numerous occassions and have always had wonderful outcomes with projects we have worked on together! A good contractor is hard to come by, and I've always enjoyed working with Cherry Ridge. Chris and his team have always taken my design plan created for the client and implemented the design seamlessly and with the most attention to detail. We have had Chris and Aaron build our first home and we love our home, it’s been almost 2 years for us and they were a pleasure to work with. It took a little longer than expected but sometimes great things are worth waiting for. We had such a great time with them building our home in 2015/2016 that we went back had them finish our basement in 2017. We have a great home that we plan on staying in for many years to come! Aaron’s design for our basement was great and it works for us and we love it! They always offer up great points to increase home value, advice on where to put your money for

Cherry Ridge Construction has made buying a home worry free. They go out of the way to ensure their customers are cared for. We recently had an issue come up and they were quick to say, "We'll take care of that." We have been in our home for 3 years and they still went out of their way to address the concern. Their customers are treated like family. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Cherry Ridge Construction is excellent to work with! I've hired them for several projects over the years. Our projects ranged from light commercial to heavy commercial construction, several of which were outside the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. I realize Cherry Ridge is mostly known as a home builder, but they area equally skilled in commercial construction. Chris Rochleau and his team are professional, smart and creative. They follow-through with action and integrity on every detail. Communication throughout each project was great. I felt like Chris always had my back and wanted what was best
