Generally I try to take a co-existence-with-critters approach to life in the desert but I draw the line when ants invade my kitchen. After a month of futilely scattering diatomaceous earth with no results other than dust everywhere, I gave up on the DIY approach and called Rodeo.

This is a late review. I have to say rodeo pest control is amazing. I moved into my new home and within a week I heard critters in my attic. I was extremely annoyed.
I called around and rodeo was the most responsive and i felt more knowledgeable than some of the other companies spoke with. Carlos came out and did the trap out and I also opted to have them do the professional exclusion. I did not go with the additional service including setting and checking outdoor traps because I felt I could handle that on my own once the main problems were fixed.

I have used Rodeo for almost three years now. I am a real estate professional. I refer all my clients to Rodeo for new service. Rodeo communicates well and shows up when they make an appointment. In addition, I have my personal residence handled by Rodeo. I cannot remember the last time I saw a bug or rodent at my house. This is a quality run business.

After spending $975 in repairs for my car engine that had been chewed by rodents, I decided to seek professional help. I called Rodeo and was immediately impressed by the quick and professional response. Carlos came out and set traps, finding the entryways for the rats. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen any evidence of rodent activity. I highly recommend this company for pest and rodent control. All the Rodeo Pest Control employees I interacted with were friendly and professional.

Rodeo Pest control is amazing! Chris, our technician, is personable, easy to work with and a master at his craft. He is amazing with our dogs and always takes the time to acknowledge and play with them. We could not have asked for a better technician. Not only do they truly care about ridding your home of unwanted pests, but they are extremely nice to work with. We feel so much better having the peace of mind that ants and other unwanted bugs/spiders are not going to come into our home. Our outside walkways and planters were infested, like many homes in the desert, with kissing bugs and just one service and they were gone. They were recommended from our neighbors who also use the same service and they said, "they are just the nicest people to work with." Rebecca is so awesome and communicative and was absolutely graceful in transitioning me when I found out my previous service provider had up and sold to Terminix w/o telling any of their clients. I definitely wanted to continue supporting local business owners and people who really know the high desert and area. Honestly, I wish I'd been working with Rodeo all along, but at least I am now. Her attention to my (ahem) rat issue has been acute and professional. I believe in this woman and her team, and their abilities! Definitely recommended.

Rebecca and her crew are amazing. I've had my home in Joshua Tree for decades and hate when I have to call an exterminator (I like when nature resolves itself around the property), but, once a critter came in the eaves, I knew it was time. This company really knows there business. I will recommend them to anyone in the desert. Another pest control company told my neighbor he just had a regular mouse and acted like it was nothing. Well he ended infested with over 20 of them. They burrowed all under his house slab. Ate through his animal feed and animal feces from his chickens and other animals."gross! right?" The same guy was supposed to control the spiders. Well I found a black widow that had been living on his front porch for quite some time. This would have never happened with Rodeo.
