We became the largest vinyl fence installer in Southern California and diversed into other vinyl products, such as railings, decks, patio covers, and gazebos. Pros: Nancy who works in the office is so great to work with.
Cons:
1. quote/contract did not reflect our verbal conversation. Sean essentially said I lied about our conversation saying "the good thing about always being honest is I know I'm not lying". Would he have said that to a man when called out?
2. Doug the owner provides the worst customer service and spoke extremely rude to me. He also showed up at my house unannounced and pounded abruptly and rudely on my door when coming to pick up payment.
3. Measurements in contract were greater than the fence that was installed

Southland Vinyl, is outstanding!!!!!!!!!!
I am elated with my new vinyl white picket fence surrounding my front yard. It's a vision of beauty and perfection. Kevin and Dan arrived every morning at 8:00 and went right to work. They took great care to cover the work area with tarps to protect the grass and patio. Kevin and Dan were very friendly and communicated well with me and each other which made the job go smoothly.
Kevin is a wizard and master when it comes to understanding design, concept and application. A few adjustments were needed to make the job work and look fantastic

Worst customer service I was expecting to get an estimate and the sales rep/ project manager Gary never showed up instead he looked at my property through google called me over the phone told me my job couldn't be done because it was too difficult and too far of a drive when I'm in La county as well as the business and said he didn't actually need the business because he has plenty of work right now! But he did offer to give me a number of someone that use to work with him he's a handy man and he said he probably lives close to me so he might have more ideas and be able to do

We had a vinyl fence constructed around our large air conditioning units at the front of our house. The work that was completed was not exactly what was on our plans. After a call to the owner to discuss the construction he agreed that the work that was completed was not exactly what was on the plans. The owner then arranged to have the existing construction largely dismantled and entirely new fencing installed. We are very happy with the new construction. The crew were wonderful, the product on good quality and we are very happy with the final product. Southland Vinyl is strongly recommended

Found this company on the internet. Called and made an appointment for estimate. Sean came out and gave a estimate to install a vinyl fence. That was were the on time, professionalism, and honesty ended. When the date for install came we contacted Southland vinyl and Nancy in the office told us they didn’t order the material for our job. 7 days after original install date the promised to start. They showed up at our house and dropped of materials then disappeared. Second day they actually started working on the job. We were informed that our block footer was loose and the could not properly install

These guys did a patio for a friend of ours 3 years ago. Based on that patio we called them to do ours. They were wonderful. I saw all the material was great quality. They took their work seriously, checking in with us every step of the way making sure we liked how it was progressing. They finished on time leaving a patio better than what I expected.
As far as price, they came in very fair. A competitor estimate was just about double what Southland charged me.
Courteous, clean, professional. What more could you want? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Just completed a vinyl gate install (Sunburst design) at Casa de Miller at Carlton Square located in Inglewood California ( we used the same design for our privacy gate) This project was completed by Southland Vinyl; These are the before and after photos.
They started on time and cleaned up at the completion of the job .... the workers were professional and congenial.
This is my 3rd project with Southland Vinyl and I have never been disappointed ... they noticed the small details (that I missed), the price was right (not cheap)...... I highly recommend them.

Could not be happier w our vinyl fence and solar powered gate in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. From the very first visit.... to scheduling .....to workmanship .....to final install.....everything went smoothly and the final product speaks for itself. We want to acknowledge Dan, Kevin, Gary, Doug, and the entire crew for excellent services provided. It's been over two years since we had our beautiful deck built at our San Pedro home by Southland Vinyl! It still looks as nice as the day they completed it!
So we called them again to replace our old, ugly gate which is next to our front door and they just completed that about an hour ago! And, again, they did a GREAT job and what a difference it makes right next to our door! It's nice doing business with professionals - 5 STAR***** again!

I checked out a lot of vinyl fencing companies in my area (Southern California), and this was the only one I could find that had vinyl wall extensions with realistic wood grain. I chose the "Redwood" color. Doug and all the staff at Southland Vinyl were very helpful, and answered all of my many questions. With the wall extensions on top of the existing cinderblock walls in my back yard, the area is quieter, has more privacy and is absolutely beautiful. Check out the photos...

- Happy with the finished product, and they were a bit less expensive than Vinyl Concepts
- Vic was very flexible and worked around my schedule, coming to meet me at my house at 8 am before I go to work
Cons:
- They didn't start the day that they were supposed to, and didn't even call to let me know they weren't coming; this delayed my pool enclosure inspection
- We had agreed to have the gate installed with the post on the left but they installed it on the center (but I like it so that worked out okay)
- The springs weren't installed tight enough so I failed my pool
- Happy with the finished product, and they were a bit less expensive than Vinyl Concepts

The people interested in going this direction as far as property wall or fence additions, please call and talk to the above business! The work and property enhancement is incredible! Please view the pictures provided and see how after a year the not related wall is weathered and the above Vinyl fence still looks like new! I give this association A+'s across board!

After several consultations from other vendors, we selected Southland Vinyl. Damn, I feel duped.
I have only 3 criteria when it comes to selecting a vendor:
1. Price competitive
2. Excellent Customer Service
3. Quality Product
We are satisfied with the final installation of the fence and gates (so far), and the fact that they offer lifetime warranty on labor and materials. 2 stars off for lack of follow through and marginal customer service, after the fact.
Our salesman and "Project Manager" Gary was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, at first meeting. We were having a fence replaced
