Advanced Renovations transformed our basement into a great entertaining area. Built-in bar area, plumbed and installed a full bathroom, built-in bookcase, Looks GREAT! The team that worked on this project was very professional and easy to work with. Was a good experience.
So happy with the basement job, we asked them to build a screened-in porch and paver patio. Patio and landscaping looks awesome.
The tongue and groove ceiling looks great and it’s the first thing people notice and compliment. A different team worked on this project but was still a wonderful experience. Keith paid attention

I've used Advanced Renovations several times over the years. The quality and professionalism is second to none, not to mention the responsiveness.
Earlier this year my basement flooded and AR came over that night and helped me no questions asked while other companies didn't get back to me for several days. It's good to know this team of professionals have your back when you need it most.

We were thoroughly impressed with Advanced Renovations from start to finish of our basement project. From the initial creative design with Dave, to the framing/electrical/insulation/drywall, all the way to the end they treated us like we were their only customer.
Keith was our lead Project Manager and always made sure we were on the same page even once he shifted to overseeing other projects. He even repaired a pesky pocket door that had puzzled other contractors that we had look at in the past. Keith and his team were always able to troubleshoot any little surprises that came their way.

I never write reviews, however, we had such a negative experience with this company that I feel compelled to write about it to allow others to make an informed decision and avoid falling into the same mess that we did...if you don’t want to read the full review, here’s a high-level summary: unqualified carpenter assigned, poor service/attention and extreme lack of accountability. I know this company has received a fair amount of positive reviews, but this was just not our experience at all.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but I feel compelled to write one today because I am extremely pleased with the work Advanced Renovations did at my home. I was uneasy about remodeling my kitchen and 2 baths but after a full consultation with Dave, I decided to move forward. Dave is very knowledgeable in the industry, helped me decide on design ideas and remained in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. Dave and his team gave us our dream space and transformed our blank cinder block basement space into a fully functional family space that we use every day. Dave and team listened to our vision of the basement and brought it to life giving us great ideas along the way. Every time we ran into a problem or roadblock they were able to find a work around that ended up better than the original plan. We had a great experience with Advanced Renovations. Our project was a complete basement from cement walls/floors to a complete multipurpose living/sleeping/exercising/playroom space that is beautiful enough it could fit perfectly on the main level of our home. Dave was prompt and reliable in our initial meetings. His quote was very accurate from beginning to end cost of the project. His team was courteous and knowledgeable at what they do. They had helpful suggestions based on their prior jobs on what works well.

The Advanced Renovations team were great to work with. They finished our basement last summer and added a bathroom. Dave came out for the initial consultation and stayed way longer than I'm sure he planned, but he answered all of our questions and gave us great suggestions. He was also patient and helpful anytime I called or emailed him with questions along the way. We love how the basement turned out and we love hanging out there now! Will definitely call them for our next project!
