Called and spoke with Jim regarding a custom cut glass I needed. He stated they could do the job, gave me an estimate and requested an e mail with pictures of the previously broken glass. I sent it and waited 2 days with no response. I called and was told Jim would call me back in about half an hour. I'm still waiting...it's a week later! Enough said.

I called over 2 weeks ago and gave the gentlemen the details over the phone to replace 3 windows in our condo . He said I would have an estimate within 48 hrs. I called everyday up until Friday ( 17 days) and was promised it would be there tomorrow , still have never received . DONE !!

We had our entire Merritt Island house replaced with storm windows in a major remodel by Atlantic glass. Unfortunately their service after the initial installation is nonexistent. Several sliding window bumpers were installed either cracked or missing all together during the initial installation. We have called multiple times to have them replaced and each time they promised “they will get out there sometime when it’s convenient”. It must never be convenient to them. Now one of the door panels with internal blinds activation magnet has failed. The magnet won’t stay attached And we cannot

Atlantic Glass gets one star for Jim, who works at the store counter and is wonderful. Other than that, Atlantic Glass gets zero stars because their after-installation service is zero. My sister and I waited for several months to get some trim repaired on the glass porch they installed and agreed to fix. THEY NEVER FIXED IT, even after multiple promises to do so. We requested return calls from the owner/son and made visits to their store/shop, etc. etc. etc. We were very patient but continued to get multiple excuses why the repair person could not come after promising to fix the trim. Excelent work. I recommend them to anyone . They cut glass that I brought in and its exactly what I asked for. I also ordered four glass panels for my new cabinet doors. We wanted beveled glass and that's what we got. they look Awsome. I didn't expect them to install the glass into the doors for me but they did.

Absolutely the best glass company in Brevard! They've done the glass on many of my family and friend's homes.
