Brian and Margaret stepped in with some plumbing repairs and appliances installation when we were closing on our house. My family was required to fix and install certain things within a day. We pretty much pulled an all nighter getting the work done. Great people making sure we got the job done right. They were willing to go the extra mile even outside of regular working hours. We were able to close on time. Would not have our lovely home without a great team like R and R.

A tenant spilled a 5 gallon bucket of water in the bedroom with laminate flooring and neglected to wipe it up. I was seriously disappointed we could not dry out the floor in place, as I had painstakingly installed the flooring myself. However, Brian convinced me this was the only way to ensure mold, bucking and other issues would not stay in place.

I called Brian when I had water leaking behind the tiles in my bath / bathtub enclosure. There was definitely water damage as some of the tiles were coming off. I could tell it needed to get replaced along with possibly upgrading the rest of the bathroom.
Brian took me through the whole process ahead of time, from demo, to design and putting the bathroom back together. He took the time to make sure everything was my taste as well as making sure all the steps to clean out the bathroom and all the materials going back into the bathroom were high quality.

We worked with Brian and Margaret when remodeling (totally gutting and restoring) our 100+ year old house. We took down a lot of lathe, laid all the tile in the bathroom and kitchen, replaced ceiling joists, and worked on lighting in the basement. They are always up for any kind of remodel work. Their positive attitudes make the long hours fly by. High quality work and knowledgeable. Really good people.

Brian of R and R is putting my Dickinson house back together post-Harvey. He did the most complete structure dry down of anyone I've heard...not just AC and fans or a random dehumidifier. He also very successfully helped me navigate the flood insurance claim process. When all is said and done, I will have the driest cleanest un-Harveyed home in town! Everybody needs this guy...
