Sonny, the rep we dealt with was very informative, friendly and honest. He explained everything from start to finish and gave us time to discuss it without feeling pressured. Even though we eventually decided it wasn't the best time for us to make the switch he was very understanding and remained friendly.

The solar team explained the process of what to expect when they arrived and made sure I understood the next steps in the process. They were very flexible when a roof install needed to be added at the last minute. The company worked diligently to get the install completed before the end of the year. Both teams were very professional and efficient.

I am someone that likes to do things on his own timeline and after completing a lot of research. Solar is Freedom is the company that came out on the top of my own personal research list for Best Product (I wanted the LG Panels), Best Installation, and Best customer service. Adam was amazing! I have been very pleased with my experience with Solar is Freedom through this entire process. Lloyd Hall has been very professional and has always responded quickly to my many questions or concerns. I never felt any pressure with making the decision to go solar with this business, which wasn’t the case with other companies we shopped around for.

I just had my panels installed 3 weeks ago and I got my dp$l bill for last month I owe $O in fact my bill is at -$81.00 . super happy, the installers were awesome group of guys, very friendly and quick to… answer any questions I had. from start to finish this company kept me in the know. The SIF installers did a great job and the system looks very professional. I enjoyed chatting with the team and learning about how the system works. Our salesman, Clay, was awesome. He did a wonderful job of walking us through the product, the process and finalization. We have enjoyed working with him through the hiccups and are very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.
