We had someone from WW come and measure for a custom storm door. Our deposit was half of the $640 total.
After over five months, and two appointments they didn’t show up for , an installer came after dark to install our door. My husband had to hang a light for him to see what he was doing. An hour later he knocked on our door to inform us that the door would not fit because it was not measured correctly or not made correctly.
I would never recommend this company and I do not know how they got Good Housekeeping Seal!
We fortunately did get our deposit back.

We made a deposit for all new windows in our house in July 2021 and were told it would be up to 16 weeks before they could install them. Fair enough. After 16 weeks we called to get an update and were told they could install them the next day, or wait several more months. We scrambled to accommodate them the next day. They left glass EVERYWHERE-including in my child's crib, her bathtub, etc. They knocked a hole in my dry wall and tried to say it was already there, they ripped out a large chuck out of my window sill in my bedroom, left two windows on the front of our house unfinished (without caulk

The salesman that appraised my job laid out my options clearly and honestly, and the two young men who did the job were respectful and detail-oriented. I appreciate seeing those options and being told exactly what I can expect from each of them. That way I can make the best decision for my family. Plus, I cannot say enough good things about the two young men who installed my window. We had ordered 4 double hung windows in the summer and we were given an installation date in Oct. When the installation date arrived we were called and told that only two windows could be installed as the other two had arrived broken. So two more windows were ordered with an installation date for Dec. We were then called on a Friday in Mid Nov. to get an installation for that Sunday to which we agreed. We ordered windows in November of 2020. As of November 4, 2021 the installation is not complete. They attempted to put the windows in July, but broke one. They also chipped stone off the main wall of the house. They have postponed installment multiple times. We have spent a lot of money to replace windows and doors. All they offered was a $75.00 reimbursement. Be cautious when using Window World.

At the beginning of March 2021 I ordered 4 new windows to be installed in my home. I was given a timeframe of 12-16 weeks for installation. Only after I called to follow up around the 12 week mark, I was scheduled for a June 16 install - right at the end of the 12-16 week estimate. The week of the install date, I was contacted and informed that my install was being delayed until mid-July.

After paying a large deposit and waiting almost 3 months, I have been unable to reach anyone to inquire about the install date. I have been calling multiple times a week for the past two weeks and it rings and rings with no answer. They seem to not answer their phones any longer. If they weren't such a large company I would be worried that they had taken my money. I am truly worried that if they follow through with the install, how on earth will I reach them if there is a problem?

Run, don't walk, as far away from this company as you can get. We signed a contract with them last year (on 7/31/20). While some of our windows were installed in April, 2021 they seem to be unable to install the remaining windows. Since April, we have been given 2 dates that the remaining windows and doors would be installed. Their team did not show up, nor did anyone call, on either of those dates. I was told yesterday it may be another 8 weeks before the some of the windows will be received by them. They also told me yesterday that they would not be able to honor their contract to install any
