His crew completed the job with high quality workmanship earlier than the date committed. I had hail damage to my house and gutters and this company worked with my insurance company and did a terrific job of getting things back to normal.The operations manager was the liason to the insurance company and I never had to make another call. The crews were efficient and hard-working and did such an excellent cleanup that you didn't know they were here. I would not hesitate to call them again should I need their services

I have never used your company but one of your employees driving a black pick up truck with that logo just about ran me off the high way on 465 twice due to apparent road rage. He also was swerving in between traffic and nearly caused several wrecks. I am pregnant and had him riding my bumper in the fast lane even though I was stuck behind a line of cars and flew around me then tried to get over in the lane I was in and pushed me completely out almost causing me to go off the road. I would not want someone driving like a maniac representing my company Like that. Terrible

We had a water-soaked basement on a Sunday due to a ruptured water heater. Firestorm was recommended to us by a friend and we are very happy we called them. They got right out and started working on our water issue. I am sure that their fast action saved us from further damage. Good people to work with. They explained every step of the process. Best of all, Firestorm is a local company with Johnson County roots. Highly recommended.
