Process was was easy. We ordered through Lowes. Countertops appear to be great quality and the install team was efficient. This is given three stars for them and the actual product.
The lack of 5-stars is strictly based on the guy that came and measured the counters. There was some back and forth on the edge we ordered. I confirmed 3 times with him the correct edge. Handed him the paperwork listing the correct edge, pointed it out to him on a piece of paper showing the edges, and reconfirmed verbally. Signed off on the measurements and that was that. When the counters showed up, they were made

I am very impressed with the service and installation of my new quartz countertops. Garrett was my installer and he was courteous and answered all my questions. He was pleasant to have in my house, along with the other installer that worked with him. I was worried about having a seam in my countertop and after the install and extremely happy with the outcome. I would use hard rock again and refer them to my friends and family.

I want to give my higest recommendation to Hard Rock Stoneworks in Sterling Heights, MI. Getting Granite is a big project and sometimes things can happen. You want and need a company that will not leave you stranded if they occur. Hard Rock is one of those companies. Our project and installation went perfectly, except for the need of an additional sealing of our granite after install. When the sealer was put on, it changed the color of our light granite to a dark gold color and not at all what we wanted. My wife was devastated. We went to Hard Rock and they told us they would try to strip the sealer

I tried to report on of their drivers for dangerous driving. He was texting and driving on the highway while speeding and nearly hitting other cars. Operator hung up on me and ignored me when I tried to call back. Extremely unprofessional. Car was #09 with the license plate DB 79793 and this happened on 9/3/21 at around 9:30 am
